L shaped counter with island at end and the dishes, pots, pans all stay so you are ready to go. Full bathroom with bathtub, commode and newer and sink with vanity just like home not trailer sized. Outside the deck has been extended to full length of the trailer with a newer permanent awning to keep the sun and rain off. The lot was stoned last year and paver patio just done the end of the season. Lots of storage in the maintenance free Rubbermaid shed. Just enjoy the fire pit and breezy nights.
